Ro Sauna began with two friends who stepped into Scandinavian sauna culture not out of trend, but out of curiosity that quickly became a way of life. Through years of sauna bathing, cold plunging, and contrast therapy, we experienced firsthand the physical renewal, mental clarity, and genuine human connection these rituals create. What surprised us most wasn’t just how good we felt, but how deeply these practices brought people together. At a certain point, it became clear this was something we couldn’t keep to ourselves.

Our journey has taken us across the world, learning from traditional sauna cultures and studying the details that matter most, from thoughtful, intentional design to time-tested best practices.
